Background
Ardyn is led by an organizational advisor with deep experience leading complex transformation at scale. Prior work includes redesigning the operating model and workforce of a global SaaS portfolio company, including a multi-million-dollar cross-border divestiture; building and leading an Employee Relations Center of Excellence across four business units and 19,000 employees at a large regulated utility enterprise; and building enterprise strategic workforce planning capability from the ground up at a 15,000+ employee energy company. Work spans energy, industrial, healthcare, and consumer sectors, engaged at the CEO and COO level.
